This fabric is a medium weight multi-ply nylon with a DWR or durable water repellent coating on it.

The base color is a medium color and the fabric has the ACU digital camo printed on it with a reflective ink. The fabric appears grey in the daylight but the camo print really reflects light at night in a distinctive pattern.

It would make a good emergency poncho, dog coat, backpack cover, or other outdoor use garment since this fabric both reflects light and repels water.
